Sometimes an ITIN will provide a full background screening report and sometimes it will not. It really depends if the applicant has been using their ITIN and how long ago it was issued. If the applicant has used the ITIN to obtain credit such as an auto loan or credit card then a credit report should be located and provided. However, if they've used the ITIN for tax purposes only, there is a chance some tenant screening reports may not generate.
