No, it's not. So a lot of the confusion in California specifically around debts came out with AB 2747. Those are two completely separate issues. The SCRA, the reporting to the credit bureaus, it allows landlords across the U.S. to report accurate and updated information to the credit bureaus. That includes debt without consent.
