How do you handle it when a married couple has one person with an acceptable credit score and the spouse has terrible credit that doesn't qualify? So, and you don't want to be discriminatory, right?

But at the same time, I think it's important to have a policy in place, right, that you're applying equally to all of your applicants. So maybe it's an average if you feel comfortable with that. Sometimes it might be that you are not comfortable with that and you need both applicants to have over a certain amount.
