Not that I'm aware of, but it if it looks suspicious, you're kind of waiting too long, then I think there might be a case there for discrimination if typically other applications don't take as long, right? So my thing is always just treat everyone the same. So if it takes you, you know, five days for every applicant, that's fine. But if it takes substantially longer for someone you don't like and they are from a protective class, that's probably going to put you in trouble.
