How difficult is it to collect on the lease guarantee? If you get a court judgment and have owned the policy before the move out or eviction, Do you just provide the court?

Yes, you do. So essentially the way that it works is you just submit the court judgment to least guarantee. And as long as, you know, it's, matches the name of the tenant, right? Then they'll pay you out within 30 days up to the policy amount. So really this depends on how confident are you that you can get a judgment in your area. So I know some areas it's harder than others.
