It absolutely can. And in certain situations, you know, where a tenant exists, would prefer to pay for that non-refundable or refundable security deposit, you can forego the security deposit coverage on our end and just have them purchase the rent coverage. That is adding an additional cost. So many landlords will bundle the policy with rent coverage and deposit coverage and charge this in lieu of a security deposit. And the reason why that can be collected in lieu of that deposit is we're still protecting you against damages, unpaid utilities, legal fees, eviction costs through the deposit coverage. But it's actually giving you a little bit more protection in that we're actually protecting you against misrent as well. So versus collecting a security deposit on your end, that's really only protecting you up to one month. We can give you a larger level of protection.
