If you take depreciation, there's going to be recapture, whether it's bonus, whether it's special, whether it's regular. There's just going to be recapture. And this is kind of one of the reasons why I think depreciation is your best friend and your worst enemy. And so if you are going to accelerate depreciation and then sell within a year or two, why do we even bother taking the – why do we accelerate depreciation? Like, what's the point?
