Depreciation is all about date and service. I can do a cost segregation study in 2025 for 2024, but that means my property was put into service - I started to rent it out - in 2024. That's when you have bonus depreciation on the first couple of years that you, because you're accelerating it to the beginning. So I can't have a property, rent that property out for the last five years, and now I want to accelerate the depreciation. No, I have to go back. But if you didn't use, I wonder, you might also, on the renovations, like you can cost [segregate] renovations and everything like that. You just need to see how much money it is.
