If you're doing some sort of managing or something like that, then yes, [select S-CORP], but the actual property should be held in LLCs. They should not be...David was talking about how he had his single-member LLC. Perfect. That's a great thing to actually house the property. And then you have, like, a management company kind of, like, being the octopus head, right? And then all the little tentacles can be the LLCs. You can have an S-Corp own LLCs, you can't have LLCs own S-Corp.
