Amir, I wish so much that I had like a built-in lie detector because my life would be so much easier. Unfortunately, we don't quite have that. Some of you are really good at it, though. You can tell when someone's not being completely honest, which is amazing. But... What I say is, again, it doesn't hurt to ask, right? If you're talking to someone on the phone and you feel like they might be lying to you, maybe you do need to do a little bit more research, right? It's still better than not calling. Because worst case scenario, maybe they were willing to give you information and you never called them. You missed out on a lot of information you could have had. So make sure that you're still doing it. I know it's pain. We can do it for you if you want to pay us to do it. We're just picking up the phone as well and making those calls. You can add it to any of your tenant screening reports. So on the add-ons, I believe it's $15 per reference that we verify, whether it's employment or landlord.
