So it's going to be both. You know, the landlord should be going through their screening process. Again, we're not a screening replacement, right? We want to make sure that you're going through looking at criminal background history and all of the things that you require on your end. Once you have a determination, right, maybe they're approved with conditions, they need a guarantor or a cosigner. You know, a personal guarantor and a cosigner, that may be difficult for an individual to find, right? And if that requirement for a guarantor is 10x the rent, That can be exceedingly difficult. So we replace that need, but you'll send them our way. And let's say it is someone that's denied outright. We're a solution in your back pocket that can help them get a second chance at the property. And with our approval and policy on the back end, that gives you the confidence to actually rent to them. So that's where we really expand your renter pool and allow second chance opportunities to those folks who may not be able to be approved otherwise.
