So I'll send you guys some more information about lease guarantee, but it basically covers a court judgment related to the tenancy. So it can be damages, it can be unpaid rent, but it has to be related to the tenancy and it has to be a judgment. So that's pretty much as far as the requirements go, but there are some terms and conditions. It's pretty short. It's actually just a couple of pages that you could easily read through and it'll give you some of the exclusions, although there really aren't many. It's more so just, you know, making sure it's a part of the monetary judgment.
