I would check with Zelle's policies on how exactly they receive money and how long it takes for them to clear because that's the time frame that you have where you don't want to get the lease, you know, sign the lease if it hasn't cleared yet, right? So just check in with Zelle if that's what you're using because that would be my only concern.
