I kind of agree with you, Brenda. You make a good point. And it is... confusing for sure. They want you to treat everyone equally, but actually not really if they're Section 8, right? So I understand it's confusing. Again, it is what it is. I think you kind of have to work with the law and what is coming in. Brenda says our criteria, you also said our criteria is based on the number of collections or dollar amount, number of late pays, not credit score, only can get that info from a credit report. So unfortunately, you're just going to have to find the equivalent to what that would be in terms of like other financial, I guess, stability indicators from, let's say, a bank statement or tax returns and so on. So check again with your attorney and see what they might say to that. But I mean, you make a good point. Unfortunately, it's very confusing how California has done basically a different set of rules for Section 8, but they also don't want you to discriminate, right? Totally understand the frustration there.
