If you have a POD on a property or bank accounts, does it go through probate? (Estate Planning and Asset Protection for Rental Property Owners)

Those accounts are not subject to probate because we have a home base for them. It's the beneficiary. With real property, though, Paul, I find that using a pay-on-death type of deed, they can be used, but they have problems with them.
