So that cap is going to align with the amount of the security deposit, right? So one month's rent. Any damages that exceed that amount, that would be out of pocket at that point. And then any repairs that you do, we're not going to send out a claims adjuster. We're not going to dictate who you utilize to repair that. If you're handy and you want to run to Home Depot, you're welcome to do that. If you hire a company, all we really need to see are repairs. And we always recommend, you know, pre-move-in photographs or a walkthrough video post-move-out to show that damage and then receipts or invoices to accompany that.
