Yeah. There is definitely some laws, but California has one, where they're doing this thing called reusable tenant screening. Basically, what I say to that is just still run your own tenant screening report. The only thing is, is like you can't So, I mean, you don't have to use what they're giving you. The point of that law is so that they're not paying a bunch of application fees over and over again. So I would say, David, keep screening. Tell them thank you for providing this and then do your own screening report and just don't charge them if that's the case.
