Necessary notarized application? (Advanced Tenant Screening Workshop: Mitigate Risk with Confidence)

So you can ask for an ID, of course, and notarized application. That's going to be more so optional as well, maybe a little tough to pull off. I haven't seen any laws that prevent you from doing that, but it might just be a bit inconvenient. So up to you on that.
