Give me a call and we'll talk through the dynamics of that because here's the problem when you sell multiple properties to go into one. The exchange has to be completed within 180 days of the first property selling. And so the other properties have to close and exchange the newly acquired property also has to be closed in that 180 days. on the first sale. So there's a dynamic there. We can look at it to see if a complex trust might be better because it eliminates the need for a 1031 exchange. You can sell them and wait to get them all sold and just have the trust buy the property. So you have a lot more flexibility there. So we need to look at how everything is set up to see what makes more sense.
