Yes, you absolutely can. So pets was one of the questions. Smoking is fine. Smoking is not a disability, okay? I know it seems like it to some people who smoke, but it's not. So you can absolutely ask if they have a medical need for medical marijuana. There is no need for them to do that via smoking. There are other methods. Whether or not they smoke is optional for them. And so you definitely can ask. It shouldn't infringe on anything.
