Sometimes. So it depends on the policy. It also depends on your policy too. So sometimes it might go through your policy if it's something like that. You might have an insurance policy where it's going to cover a tenant in case that their renter's insurance does not. I think most of the time it does land on the landlord's policy if I'm not mistaken, but definitely check if you see a tenant who's applying what renter's insurance policy they're getting so you're aware of exactly what it covers.
