So there are some laws that specify that, you know, there are exemptions, right? Usually those exemptions apply to a single family home or roommate situation. However, I will say that Most of what I cover today would apply, and all of the tips and the risk mitigation strategies I still would encourage you to use, even more so perhaps if they're your roommate because you're going to be living with them, okay? So you want to make sure you have someone decent you're living with who's going to be a good roommate to you as well.
