Yes and no. It depends on where you are. I would be a little careful with that. So, like I mentioned, if there's Section 8 housing, again, going back to that, then yes, it is discriminatory. You can't ask them for extra security deposit. As I mentioned, there was a huge lawsuit for millions of dollars that just recently was settled that basically made the landlord pay back all of the extra security deposit and rent that they were charging Section 8 housing plus more. So be careful with that one. I believe for non-Section 8, there's some flexibility there. You might be able to do that. So certainly ask your attorneys to make sure. But... That might not be a bad idea, or you might also want to do, like, a lease guarantee sort of thing where maybe you have them purchase lease guarantee.
