I'm sure might be, but I haven't heard of any big lawsuits about tenant declination letters. And so it's more so like if you're getting sued for not following X, Y, or Z, what does that look like? So it's not like there's a set penalty fee. It's more of like if a tenant were to sue you, right, that's going to vary and how that looks will vary. Most of the time with that kind of thing, I would think it would be more like a class action lawsuit or maybe a larger property management company that might be doing things wrong and they might get targeted more so than you.
