Love that idea, James. I didn't even think about that. I mean, if the tenant is cool with that and they want to have a three-way call – certainly could verify the banking history as long as he's okay with that. So love that idea. Great way to verify that the bank account information is correct. Again, you know, it's funny, right? We have all this AI, Photoshop, all these things that kind of help make these documents fake. And at the end of the day, you know, it's that human connection, human interaction that we can still rely on, hopefully. Yeah. to talk to a real person and hopefully get the right information. That's a great way around it.
