we have a business credit report so if you're uh Incorporation is that at least you can run a business credit report. Make sure they're not about to go bankrupt. So that might be an additional thing that you want to add. It is one of our add-on reports. And for tenant alert, you can call us to ask to add it to your account. It does take about a day to get the results back. It will tell you how much debt the company has, the likelihood of bankruptcy, and any lawsuits against the company as well.
