You certainly could ask for more pay steps if you want to ask for more. Sure. I mean, it depends on what system they're using. It may not even go back that far, though. If, you know, they're an online sort of company, they might have pay steps going back a year. I don't know if they'll all go back to two years. But certainly if you want to ask for more pay steps, you can. There's no law preventing you from doing that.
