I'm not sure if this is maybe in reference to that one question about if you do a month-to-month, if it's different than an annual. So it depends on where you are, Janice. Check it out. In some states, it might say for leases that are 12 months or longer, it's this. Or in other cases, it might be if a lease is month-to-month versus if it's, you know, more than one month. So just be careful with that because, Obviously, 9 to 11 months is more than one month, so it might fall into a different category.
