So, yes. So, yes and no. So, like, some of them do apply, some of them don't. So, like, I know there's some landlords who are actually choosing not to even charge tenants in the first place in California because that gives them a lot more freedom with the criteria and the other sort of the other regulations that are in place. So take a look at it. Essentially, they want you to use written screening criteria. That's why they made the law. But yes, it does technically say that if you're not if you're not charging an application fee or you're refunding it, that you can, you know, forego some of those requirements. So take a look at the law. You'll see where it says, you know, if you're charging a fee, this is what you can do versus if you're not.
