Absolutely. Completely up to you, right? If this, again, is a board-line stance that you're sticking to, and I think in many markets, Boston, New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia, we do see that more and more often, right? Because it is just kind of more of a norm that these policies need to be in place and protections need to be maintained no matter who it is.
