If we're unable to get a credit score due to lack of social or ITIN, can that still be considered insufficient credit if we require a minimum score?

I would be very careful with anybody who's Section 8 housing, particularly in California, right? As far as I know, yes, that would be a reason, but Again, it gets tricky because there's states like California, and I mentioned those others, where you don't want to discriminate based on immigration status. So I would check in with an attorney just to make sure that that's okay in your area.
