I would say it's not required. It just really helps. So one of the things that we are focusing on here is having a strategy. So if you're not really sure how to handle disputes, putting an arbitration clause like that, even if it's not with DRAI, having an arbitration clause is like a plan. This is how we're going to handle a dispute if it comes up.
