231C verification of receipt via digital signature, okay?

What about verification of receipt via digital signature, which also is timestamped? That goes for all applicable new writers or a five-day letter?

I wouldn't say the five-day letter because I think the statute is clear that the five-day letter needs to be sent certified. But as far as, you know, providing a 231C notice to someone who has a lease that you didn't initially provide it to, you know, I think attaching it as an addendum, sent via email and e-sign, you would hope that that would be good.
