Case studies for exemptions for tenants, LLCs, etc.?

I saw somebody, I got 50% in an LLC or I have multiple LLCs that own different properties but own more than 10. I mean, I think it's going to depend on how case law defines the very vague terminology in this exception.

The LLC is a separate entity from the member owners. So it would be according to a number of units that that particular LLC has title to.
