Can you remove staff from a unit and pay for one month's storage to be compliant with the eviction laws?

If it's occupied by staff, they're going to be, the exception is going to apply to the landlord and remove them. They would have to be legally removed via eviction. From the day that they're kicked out or from the day that they willingly vacate, you have to keep the property, stored off-site.
