That's a great question, Nona. Yes. So typically the policy is paid for by the renter. But I should have mentioned, you know, we're very flexible. If a landlord wants to cover a portion of it, the landlord wants to buy this outright for the tenant, they can. It can also be baked into the monthly rent. So while our premium is an upfront non-refundable fee, for some tenants that may not be feasible. The landlord wants to make sure this policy is in place. They'll submit that payment and then bake it into the rent and then ultimately list that kind of overall total, you know, in the coverage amount.
