If you have an entity called an LLC, it's a limited liability company, what it's doing and what it's designed to do is stop the flow of traffic from anything coming outside of the LLC. If I do anything unrelated to that in my outside world, car accidents, issues on your home, property, personal issues, business, unrelated business issues, there's no, that liability, that flow of liability traffic can't make its way into this LLC you've created for your rental property. Now, inside liability is that flow of liability traffic that's inside of the LLC, and that has to do with the nature of the property that's inside the LLC already.
