That trust is like a rule book. It just says what you want divided and how to whom and who's going to control it. At what age would they be able to manage it themselves? We could put in language in there regarding specific use of the property, not selling the property until kids are a certain age, force selling a property if you think they're going to argue about it, giving some children the rights to first refusal over others.
