There's no specific dollar amount, but you want to be reasonable is what it said. So if you were to hire a property manager, more or less, would they charge for their time? That would be maybe a good way to go about it. It is tricky, though. I know a lot of landlords, they don't end up charging for their time because it can be so subjective. And again, if a judge was looking at it, would they agree with you? Depends on the judge, maybe. So sometimes I just see landlords avoid it altogether because it's just not a clear-cut cost. like an estimate even. At least it has, you know, somebody telling you on an itemized, like, what they're going to be charging you for. So, yeah, definitely you can, but look at what's reasonable. And I wish I had a more clear answer for that one, but there is, unfortunately, a number out there that I've seen, at least in the law.
