It sounds like, do utility bills get to us in real time? For example, let's say that there was a water bill issued on May 17th and due on June 3rd. When do tenants get billed their portion? What happens if a tenant moves out and do not pay the last month's utility bill?

You guys would be the ones uploading your bills. So as soon as you get that bill copy, you're going to come into our system, upload it, set the service dates, and then it will instantly be allocated and posted to the resident's ledger in the system or in an integrated system like at Folio.
