If the wrong Social Security Number (SSN) was entered, please do not reorder a new report. In most cases, we can correct the error at no additional cost. Simply call our office at 866.579.2262 to speak directly with an AAOA representative, who can securely update the SSN over the phone. For your security, please do not send SSN updates by email, as email is not a secure method of communication.
