AAOA tenant screening reports use the TransUnion VantageScore 4.0 model by default. This score is presented in an updated format that groups credit ratings into categories such as Poor, Fair, Good, and Excellent for easier review. Alternative score models, such as FICO and others, are available by contacting our office.
