If an applicant cannot get past the online identity verification questions, AAOA can reset the verification step and resend the email so the applicant can try again. The applicant should open the screening link, click Start Application, and continue through the prompts until they reach the multiple-choice identity questions. Once the process is completed successfully, a green check mark will appear.
