If you accidentally ordered a screening report using your own information instead of the applicant's, the completed report generally cannot be refunded once it has been processed. In that situation, you would typically need to submit a new screening request using the tenant's information. If you are the tenant and need the landlord to review the report, you can usually share it by email, print it, or provide account access directly.
