If a renter is interested in LeaseGuarantee, the first step is to speak with the landlord or property manager. LeaseGuarantee can only move forward if the landlord agrees to accept it. Once the landlord confirms they are willing to use LeaseGuarantee, they can discuss the amount, pricing, and any remaining requirements with AAOA.
