AAOA does not currently offer a standalone form titled Flood Hazard Addendum.
However, if you are using AAOA’s premium state-specific Residential Lease Agreement forms, the lease wizard will prompt you for certain state-required disclosures based on the property’s location. If your state requires a flood risk disclosure, the required language is built into the lease through the step-by-step questions.
If your state does not require a specific flood disclosure form, or if you want to add extra language, you may be able to use the Additional Clauses or custom addendum section before generating the final lease.
Flood disclosure requirements can vary by state, county, city, municipality, property location, and whether the property is in a known flood zone or floodplain.
